As a products supplier, I-CAT develops and manufactures a range of innovative, cost effective planting solutions for the Agricultural, Horticultural and Forestry industries.

We conduct research and development for advanced planting solutions specifically targeting the rootzone environment during the planting phase to limit transplanting stress, promote optimal growth and increase plant survival in for optimal plant survival and growth for commercial growers, farmers and gardeners.

I-CAT strives to mitigate the negative effects of the changing environmental factors influencing the industries that we operate in. We develop planting inputs such as hydrogels, fertilisers, insecticides and multifunctional adjuvants to assist farmers, commercial growers and gardeners to sustain the environment and production of crops.

Our Product Range

Exl-Gel® is a soil conditioner specially designed and developed for water and nutrient retention. Upon contact with water, Exl-Gel® swells quickly, creating a hydrogel by absorbing and retaining large quantities of plant available water.

EXL-GRO ® is a non-ionic, low-foam penetrating surfactant that provides improved coverage of spray solutions and enhances penetration. EXL-GRO ® is compatible with most formulations and performs effectively when dosed through spray systems and sprinkler pivots.

Dendro is a cross linked super absorbent polymer which contains a K-based hydrogel and fertilizer, acting as a soil conditioner and a water reservoir.

A slow release planting fertilizer tablet that provides nutrients that immediately boost growth and development of newly planted seedlings, young and established trees.

Plant’nGo ™ is most suitable to use in the agricultural, horticulture and forestry sectors.

Suppositree ™ is a systemic planting tablet that provides safe and efficient dosing of insecticide at the time of planting.

Suppositree ™ provides protection against sucking and chewing insects and reduces leaching of pesticides while promoting growth and survival of the plant.

I-CAT iFire is an innovative anionic surfactant that has been extensively researched and developed over several years.

iFire is a macromolecule that acts as an active surface agent to lower the surface tension of water and other liquids.
